We live in different places in the world, that means we have different cultures. Today  we are here to share our cultures, but as long as we keep contact, we will have a chance to learn about the differences and discover the things in common. Our culture which starts in the Middle Asia with a 7000-year historical adventure has spread out through the each part of the world by migration. Turkish people migrated from Central Asia to Anatolia and throughout the history they have established numerous states in various parts of the world. We brought our culture to the places where we migrated. Turkey has been home of various cultures since early ages. With the motto of ‘Sharing culture is sharing life’, we would like to introduce our culture with our rich cuisine, national heros, music and dances organizinig a ‘ Turkish Day’. Our proposal about migration is that we have some students at our school who were born and lived in European countries, such as Germany and Switzerland, etc. First of all, we ‘re planning to apply a questionnaire to these students and find about their problems: how much they’re accepted in the country which they migrated to and what kind of problems they’ve had since they returned their home. We would like to publish the results in our web site. Secondly we’re planning to find out the problems of Turkish citizens who migrated to Europe to work, at the same time to  share the culture.

-We have various  minorities in our neighbourd and country. They have been living in our country for ages and they feel at home. Our proposal is to do a questionnare to our foreign citizens to find out how much they are tolerated (accepted) in our society and why they prefer to live in our country.

-We have democracy in our school . we choose a representative student for school using democratic ways. Each student votes to choose the representative student who wil take part in the school administration.

-In our school, we  teach two foreign languages. We have two computers room where our students use the net whenever they like. We have a sports complex (outdoor and indoor ) and football, basketball, volleyball and athletism teams at our school. We organize various competitions, such as literature, science, journeys to touristic and historical places and educational trips to universities, industrial institutions, such as factories, successful companies. We have exchange programmes with German speaking countries, because as you know the first foreign  language of our school is German.
